Cop killings this year 'unacceptable' march 22,2011 ( current event )

 

According to the National Law Enforcement 49 officers has been kill so far this year. It as increased 20% from last year, holds says that 23 of those officers lost the lives from gunshots. The attorney said after a two-year decline, officer deaths spiked by nearly 40% with the lost of 162 officers in 2010.
